Pink Pepper, Dark chocolate bar
Dark chocolate created free from soya, nut, wheat and gluten. Containing 2% sheep‘s milk for additional creaminess. Also ideal for those intolerant to cows milk. Chocolina use only pure cocoa butter, Bourbon vanilla and cane sugar. This fine, 70% dark chocolate bar is combined with crushed pink peppercorns which add an edge of spice and mild heat to the rich chocolate. A very good flavoured chocolate with an extremely smooth melt.

Porcelana, 70% cocoa, single variety bar
The Amedei Porcelana bar is created exclusively from the refined, nutty and caramel flavoured Porcelana cocoa bean, a genetically pure strain of the Criollo cocoa bean. The Porcelana cocoa is extremely rare and Amedei produce only a limited quantity of porcelana chocolate bars each year from it. The bars are individually numbered. This very special porcelana cocoa bean produces the most expensive chocolate in the world. Winner of the "Best chocolate 2004".

Porcelana, 70% cocoa, single variety napolitans
This illustrated box holds 12, dark chocolate napolitans made from the Porcelana cocoa bean, a genetically pure strain of the Criollo cocoa bean. This prized Porcelana cocoa provides a refined, non-acidic and nutty flavour with notes of caramel. The Amedei Porcelana chocolate is extremely rare and Amedei produce a limited amount of Porcelana bars each year. The Porcelana is so special that each of the boxes is numbered. The Porcelana chocolate was winner of the "Best chocolate 2004" award.

We were very pleased with the subtle rose flavour with the chocolate with its light perfumed edge, unlike many soap strength rose chocolate we have tasted. JUST RELEASED! This equitably traded chocolate, made and packaged solely in Madagascar by Malagasy provides a unique flavour profile with robust, earthy notes and very little acidity. One for the bitter chocolate lovers who dislike tart fruit flavours in their chocolate. A very creamy melt and we are told by Malagasy improving each time it's made. Created from a blend of Criollo, Trinitario and Forestero cocoa beans co-operatively farmed in Madagascar.
